How can a teenager start building muscles, not skiny, going to highschool, help?
Just ensure you get anough fresh-air and a healthy diet…you will fill out eventually.
Try regular swimming and soccer…don’t lift weights until you are closer to adulthood as it will have bad effects on your development and actually stunt your potential muscle growth.

Exercise, particularly resistance training. Consult with your doctor before you start and work with a coach at your school or a certified trainer. Avoid using supplements (you can ask a doctor about that, but everything I’ve heard says no until you finish growing) and absolutely stay away from anabolic steroids.

Start by walking up and down stairs, using some light weight, like a set of heavy books, Then lay on your back on the floor, and lift the same books, or what ever you have. This helps triain your body first, before weightlifting can begin. Always use lite weight to start so that you don’t injury yourself
