Good workout for a teenager trying to gain muscle?
I am 6′2” 148 pounds. I am really skinny and have a high metabolism. I want to gain muscle mass fairly quickly. I have heard the whey protein helps and I’ve also heard it’s worthless. I have weights and a bench and would like to workout from home. If anyone has anything about a good workout, whether whey protein is worth it, or any other opinions or ideas, it would be much appreciated.
Yes Protein is worth eating but don’t expect to get huge just because ur eating protein.
I can give you a nice workout schedule:
Mon: Legs & abs
Tues: Back & shoulders
Wed: off
Thu: Chest & abs
Fri: Biceps and Triceps
Do 3 exercises for each muscle group.
