The point is that I’m NOT some “out of this world” Bodybuilder….. ANYONE can watch Jay and Ronnies “daily life” videos… How does that help us? It doesn’t… We watch them do cardio and go to the gym.. The day is THEIRS to cook, prep, and eat…. THIS shows the billions of regular people how to balance out their eating regimine with a REGULAR full time job, social life, and all the other factors the “Pro DVDs” don’t help you deal with….. But I DO have quite the track record under my belt

You are right in …
You are right in that any sort of wheat, oat, or grains, in genera,l are a slow acting carb, but wheat BREAD is actually a fairly fast acting carbohydrate.. It IS slowER than white of course, but it is not a truly slow-acting source such as brown rice, or oats (oatmeal).

Thanks, my arms were 11.5″ my freshmen year, so I think I just got that stuck in my head.. I never trained them MORE than anything else.. Just focused 100% on them.. I am working HARD on bringing up my chest as well. My back however, is the one part I get commented on by every photographer I work with
