‘Going’ Write up:
Being hailed as the new British JT, and having whipped up a storm in the club charts, with his club remix of ‘Broken’ (hitting no. 1 in Music Week’s Breakers chart), the UK’s emerging talent, Pierre, returns with his new single ‘Going’ out May 4th.
‘Going’ delivers Pierre’s trademark falsetto, and soothing harmonies over a smooth and sexy r’n'b vibe. The track delves into Pierre’s relationship experiences and in particular “about an ex I was seeing a while back, I fell for her in a big way, her cheeky smile, and come to bed eyes… She totally played on my vulnerability and knew only too well, how to wrap me around her finger” Pierre reveals.
Over the last few months Pierre has been working with producer Joe Laurence aka Joe90, who’s remix of Pierre’s ‘Broken’ debuted in the club charts in autumn last year. Joe90 is notorious for his infectious drum & bass and hip hop underground tracks, and is widely respected as one of the up and coming producers of UK urban commercial music. The collaboration combines Joe90’s dance meets street flavour, with Pierre’s sensational vocals which is almost certain to set the charts a-blaze.
While writing and recording his forthcoming debut album, ‘Mindset’ (previously titled ‘Letter On The Door’) Pierre toured across the UK (supporting the likes of Taio Cruz and Electrovamp) causing teen hysteria with his growing club chart success. Asked about the attention he received and his first tour experience, Pierre explains,” it’s been an amazing past few months, with the tour, and working on the album. The tour was insane, and such an addictive buzz, moving up and down the stage and feeling the energy off the crowd, there’s just nothing like it.”
Pierre continues “The world is in such a state right now, on many levels. but I believe that POP music, and pop culture is an incredible form of release, it helps you to smile, cry, and reminisce. Even if a good POP song puts a smile on one persons face, for just 4 minutes then its all worthwhile. It is very satisfying being involved in an industry that soothes peoples stresses, rather than creating them”
“Unfortunately there do not seem to be many male solo artists really making an impact on the charts lately, and hopefully I can fit nicely into that void”.
This sensational fresh young talent, with his good looks, and sensuous Robin Thicke meets Justin Timberlake esq vocals, combined with his attitude and commitment for success, will add a healthy injection of testosterone back into the music industry.

If you haven’t already heard of them or checked them out, then WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?!?!?! go to www.missionsixband.com and also check out there myspace which is www.myspace.com/mission6music
You can buy there 2 CD’s *Superhero* And *Not Too Young* On Itunes or at your Christian bookstore
here is a review of MissionSix
Yeah, we may be young. But were not too young to change the world.
Each week CNN profiles someone who is accomplishing great things at an early age—
a sixteen-year-old boy circumnavigating the globe alone, or a seventeen-year-old girl raising half a million dollars to fight malaria in Africa. The feature is called Young People Who Rock, and if it ever needed poster children or a theme song, teenage band Mission Six and the title track off its enthusiastic second album, Not Too Young, would certainly fit the bill.
The members of this fun, outgoing quintet —Noah (14, vocals), Isaac (15, keyboards), Michael (14, bass), David (14, drums), and Anthony (15, guitars)—were attending the same Christian school in Evansville, Indiana, and playing soccer together back in fifth grade when they decided to form a musical group. Their new goal, remarkable for a bunch of ten-year-olds, would be to encourage others by singing about the love of God.
We still enjoy playing sports, but for us personally, music seemed like it would be our most effective way of ministering to others, says Isaac.
In short order, the guys sped up their instrument lessons, got access to rehearsal space at church, gained performance experience by going youth group hopping, and landed a record deal. Since releasing its debut album, Superhero, in 2008, Mission Six has wowed the crowds at hundreds of concerts around the country, garnered airplay on Radio Disney, and received good comparisons to acclaimed bands from Relient K to the Jonas Brothers. But ask about the greatest success thus far, and its back to changing other peoples lives.
We always share the gospel at our shows, explains Noah. This past summer, we saw more than 300 kids ask Christ into their hearts. Thats the coolest thing.
Produced by Dan Needham (MercyMe, Rebecca St. James) and Kevan Cyka (Everlife), Not Too Young continues the conversation about faith between Mission Six and its growing fan base. The namesake single was inspired by 1 Timothy 4:12 which says, Dont let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity.
Our parents have read that verse to us a lot as a band, says Michael. We want to set that positive example for others and then see them do the same thing with their friends.
Meshing rock riffs and new wave pop smarts with tight hip-hop traces, Misfits assures young listeners that its commendable, indeed biblical, to be in the world but not of it.
If that makes us misfits by todays standards, thats actually a good thing, says David.
Expanding this idea, Stand Out calls us to leap further into the public arena, taking every opportunity to share Gods message with others: Stand out if you want to stand with me . . . Youve got the ball, now make a play. Youve got the light; dont cover it.
Not Too Young also features a rollicking version of the modern praise hit I Am Free (written by Jon Egan and made popular by newsboys), the boy meets girl purity pledge Forever, and fan-requested accompaniment tracks for each selection. True to the bands inherent youthful energy level, Mission Six calls the latter rock-alongs.
To be sure, theres no overlooking the playfulness within this team of teenagers that is just as defining as its spiritual depth. Once asked during an interview about the main message of Mission Six, Anthony got a laugh with the understated answer, God is fun. But its true; these five friends are having the time of their lives singing to Him and consider the Creator a full-fledged band member (hence the six in their name).
If you think about it, the Bible is this huge action story—anything but boring. Worshiping God really is fun, says David.
The endearing Mission Six spirit of fun is most evident onstage, and also online, where the guys post a hilarious recurring segment known as Band vs. Food. With classic juvenile abandon, Noah, Isaac, Michael, Anthony, and David challenge each other to eat sour cream and onion-flavored crickets, cow brain sandwiches, and not just hot, but blazing chicken wings. Balancing the zaniness, there are also regular installments of Mission Six and You, an adventurous Bible study series with creative scripts.
As Not Too Young confirms, it takes a light heart and deep love to change the world.
Lets start the revolution now . . . wont you come along and dream with me?
No one is ever too young for that.

See West Springfields pride and joy as she sings her own song live in chicopee mass at 116 school street.
About Roxie Lee :
Roxie Lees “show girl” personality shined even as a toddler and continues to do so today. Singing in local choirs and choruses as a pre-teen, she started to develop her magical voice. Now at the age of 16 she has continued to strengthen her voice and increase her range performing in local venues. Her country “twang”, high energy and strong boisterous vocals that immediately caught the attention of Nashville, matched with truly talented musicians offer the combination of a mature sounds and youthful personality to the country music scene that has been missing for many years.
Her avid interest in reading and writing at an early age has paid off too. Her poetry has won several awards. Besides excelling academically, she has also kept a very busy schedule over the years, balancing multiple sports, dance, singing, cheerleading, horses, and her family. She has over 8 years of dance training and her aggressive and competitive spirit has helped her to succeed as an athlete. Roxie’s love of horses now keeps her busy with her Barrel Racer, “Lightning.”

Program Description
The Camp Manitou program is a mixture of structure and free choice based on age. On the first day of camp, campers get a tour of all activity offerings. After touring the camp and meeting each activity leader, campers sit down with their counselors to pick the activities they wish to have on their schedule.
Manitous younger campers have a more structured schedule while older campers get more independent choices. Each camp day has five programming periods and one “open” time at the end of the day. Campers may choose to take an activity once every other day, once every day, or sometimes twice daily. The Manitou scheduling structure allows campers to participate in up to 10 different activities at a time. Counselors monitor each campers program throughout the summer to ensure progression, satisfaction, an overall positive camp experience.
