Cung Le’s Martial Arts Training is set in a positive environment with programs for the entire family! Our Junior and Adult Martial Arts Programs focus on the discipline of Sanshou while conditioning good athletes and team players. Our team of qualified and experienced instructors will lead you to learn and apply the basic techniques of Sanshou (Chinese Kickboxing) and MMA (Mixed Martial Arts). There are also the multi-calorie burning cardio classes to help you reach your fitness goals!
CardioZone™ Kickboxing (Beginner/Intermediate)
An intense session of high energy, high impact, and total body conditioning.
CardioPaddle™ Training (Beginner/Intermediate)
This intense training uses paddles to focus on speed, accuracy, agility, and timing.
Punching Mitts (Beginner/Intermediate)
Learn and drill proper punching techniques and combinations using punching mitts.
Thai Pads (Beginner/Intermediate)
Learn and drill proper punching and kicking techniques and combinations using Thai Pads.
Circuit Training (All Levels)
Ideal for those wanting to add weight lifting (strength conditioning) to their training regiment. Taught only by certified personal trainers, this class is for those wanting to train for martial arts and fitness in general.
CardioMMA™ (Advanced)
This class utilizes the fundamentals of Sanshou, Muay Thai, boxing, and wrestling, along with the new elements of MMA.
Light Sparring (Advanced)
This class provides a starting level for those who wish to apply their striking techniques in real combat.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Learn techniques in takedowns, positioning, submissions. Students train with a full gi. Classes available with gi and without gi.
MMA Techniques (Levels 1 to 5)
This class is for all levels from novice to adanced. Students learn step-by-step positioning, takedowns, and submissions.
San Shou and MMA Training (Levels 2 to 5)
Training and preparation for fighting competition. Students learn techniques and disciplines of a real fighter.
Kids Kickboxing (Ages 4-10)
Offers the chance for your young child to develop self esteem, self discipline, confidence, physical fitness, and coordination.
Juniors Kickboxing (Ages 11-17)
Offers the chance for your pre-teen or teenage child to develop self esteem, self discipline, confidence, physical fitness, and coordination.
Juniors MMA (Ages 11-17)
Juniors will learn the basic elements of MMA by drilling takedowns, fighting from guard, passing guard, side control, and submissions.
Free Style Wrestling
Learn basic wrestling techniques for takedowns and pins. Kids, juniors, and adults are welcome.
